He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Law, a Bachelor of Laws degree, and advanced certifications in Human Rights Systems from the University of Pretoria.

With over eight years of experience in diverse legal and consultancy roles, Onyinkwa brings a unique blend of legal expertise and strategic business acumen. His practice focuses on Commercial Law, with a particular emphasis on supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to achieve sustainable growth and access capital. His tailored advisory approach integrates market assessments, investor readiness, financial analysis, and operational optimization.

Onyinkwa’s extensive skill set includes legal and financial due diligence, business diagnostics, market research, strategic planning, and financial modeling. He has contributed to a wide range of initiatives across sectors such as agriculture, ICT, healthcare, and more.

Beyond his professional work, Onyinkwa is a dedicated Rotarian who is deeply committed to service above self. In his personal time, Onyinkwa enjoys reading and engaging in outdoor adventures such as hiking and road trips. As a beginner hiker, he aspires to summit some of Africa’s highest peaks.
